Equipping for Cross-Cultural Effectiveness
Our Purpose
In a recent study, the Reducing Missionary Attrition Project (ReMAP) estimates that one career missionary in 20 leaves the mission field to return home every year. Of those who leave, over 70% leave for preventable reasons.
This information motivates us to provide relevant training before cross-cultural workers leave for their overseas assignment, on the field during their ministry, and upon returning to their home culture. Our training is designed to help cross-cultural workers stay healthy, stay effective and stay longer.
